All counseling, therapy, energy healing, and coaching services are typically provided on a one to two sessions per week format unless otherwise specified or recommended.
The usual length of a session is one hour. However, the length and frequency of sessions may vary in accordance with clients' needs and their respective healing processes.
In the beginning of the therapeutic healing process two sessions per week are usually recommended.

Distant healing sessions and phone consultation services are provided in the same format.

Dr. Helen Kagan is now offering the following formats for sessions:

‘Phone’ Counseling and Coaching session. This format is available Worldwide, and anyone can benefit from receiving phone consultations and coaching.
Email’ brief sessions. Usually available as a supplemental (FREE) tool with general Coaching sessions.
‘In-person’ individual, couple or family session. This format is available for on-going therapy/ counseling/ healing/ coaching with local clients.
‘In-person’ group session. This format is also available for local communities only.

An affordable sliding scale helps to make treatment more accessible for everyone in need.
Most services provided by Dr. Kagan are reimbursable by insurance companies in NYS (only) as for any ‘out-of-network’ mental health provider.

Regular fee for one full hour (60min) is $150. There is always an individual consideration given.
The initial 20 min phone consultation is FREE.

There are ‘special’ individually designed short-term 'wellness packages' available.
Example of a ‘wellness package’: an initial holistic assessment session (2H), one healing session (1H), and two follow-up coaching/counseling session ( 1H total). This package is 4H for $400.
